Charles is a results-driven real estate leader with over 20 years of experience. His comprehensive expertise spans all facets of real estate development, from acquisition and financing to construction and property management, achieved through a career built from the ground up. This deep understanding fuels ANIA’s unique, integrated approach, delivering significant time and cost efficiencies.

Throughout his career, Charles has overseen the development of over $3 billion in real estate projects. His transformative work in Paterson has been instrumental in the city's revitalization, solidifying his reputation as an effective industry leader. Charles’s commitment to local hiring has created numerous jobs, and he is a dedicated champion of local youth, senior, athletic, and community organizations. He has partnered with local agencies to improve accessibility and infrastructure, and has pledged to create 1,000 new homeowners in Paterson by the end of 2030.

Known for his dynamic, hands-on approach, Charles excels at identifying opportunities and overcoming obstacles. He was an inaugural supporter of the FTI Group and is a former member of the Downtown Paterson Special Improvement District. Charles holds his degree from Saint Peter’s University. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys supporting local sports teams and spending time with family.
